• Co-operation between parent and school authorities is of paramount importance for the ultimate achievement and growth of the child & the school. Therefore on Last Saturday of near about every month, parent teacher meeting is held to discuss the performance and well being of the student.

• (a) Parents are informed about H.W /C.W through the diary.
   (b) Parents are informed that occasional reports/ remarks by the Teacher or the Principal are made in the school diary. They are requested to see them and sign.

• The school welcomes the constructive criticism from the parents regarding upliftment of the infrastructure and judicious educational queries for the better educational environment of the school, because it would be difficult for the school to make progress without regular feedback from the parents.

• The Head/Principal of the school reserves the right to inflict punishment upon the students, either corporal or otherwise if necessary.

• In order to keep good rapport between the Teachers and the parents, it is important to visit the school on the Parent - Teacher Meeting Day. No teacher will be called during their class hours. However the parent's desirous of meeting the teacher and the Principal regarding the progress of the children may do so only by prior appointment through the school office.

• Visitors/Parents may meet the Principal on all working days from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. or with an appointment already fixed with the Principal.
