Punctuality and regularity in attendance is compulsory.
Students should arrive five minutes before the 1st
bell. Latecomers will not be allowed to attend classes
unless permitted by the Principal.
• Students are advised to present decent behavior
in and out side the school and in all the matters
of discipline parent's cooperation is necessary.
• Students should come neat & tidy with
trim hair & in school uniform prescribed, exact
in colour and pattern.
• Every student is required to bring textbooks,
notebooks and other aids/ articles as per the day's
timetable.
• It is compulsory for each student to bring
school diary and put on the identity card regularly.
• Students are strictly forbidden to bring expensive
items, such as watches, mobile phones, costly pens
or any objectionable material/ literature etc to the
school.
• Students suffering from infection or contagious
diseases shall under no circumstances be permitted
to attend school until the recovery supported by a
medical certificate of fitness is presented.
• Fire Crackers and splashing colours in the
school premises is a gross misconduct. Indulgence
in these acts may result in the expulsion from school.
• Writing or scribbling on the walls or causing
damage to school property and property of others in
any form will be treated as breach of discipline and
liable to punishment, as desired by the discipline
committee. In such cases, fines can be levied upon
the children.
• Shouting, whistling and usage of abusive languages
is not allowed in the campus and is an act of indiscipline
and disobedience.
• School shall not take responsibility or the
liability of any mishap or unforeseen accident or
anything else that may happen at school during the
school hours or while on school trip.
• No student shall be absent from the school
without prior sanction of leave. The parent should
send the leave application written appropriately &
duly signed and addressed to the Principal giving
valid reasons for the child's absence, so as to reach
the class teacher in advance. The teacher will communicate
with the parent through the school diary if the leave
is sanctioned or refused.
• If the leave is taken on medical grounds,
exceeding two days, a medical certificate from qualified
Medical Practitioner/ Doctor should be enclosed with
the leave application.
• If a student fails to come to school on a
particular day due to sudden illness or urgent &
unforeseen need, the parent should inform the school
on that day itself. In such cases the leave application
will be sent the next day failing which the student
should not be allowed to attend the school.
• Participation in games/other extra curricular/
co-curricular activities is compulsory, exemption
may only be granted on medical grounds at the sole
discretion of the Head/Principal of the school.
• SUPW is an essential part of the ICSE school
curriculum. Children who default in their SUPW assignment
will loose the right to a rank or a prize and would
be placed in grade E; even the top rankers/ scorers
will be treated in the same pattern.
• The decision of the Principal in the school
matters regarding admission, admission results, fines,
promotions and detention etc. as per policy laid down
by the Management shall be final.
Note: Students are expected to speak in English especially
when they are in the school campus.
