Teaching is the most responsible, respectful and oldest profession in world. To get into teaching profession one has to be possess B.Ed. Degree<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teacher recognizes the potential of the students and gives them platform for their fullest development. Teachers are the one who shapes any country\u2019s future. There are mainly two sectors for teacher for their job prospective. One is private schools and second one is government Schools. To become a Government Teacher, aspired candidate must have graduate degree in Science\/Arts\/ commerce with 50% marks, B.Ed. degree from NCTE recognized College\/ University and must have qualified certificate of UPTET \/ CTET<\/a>. This is the primary requisition to be a government Teacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are three levels for teaching in school, first is Primary Teacher (PRT) which is for class 1st to class 5th . The eligibility criteria is Graduation in any stream with 50% marks, qualified certificate of CTET\/UPTET of Primary level and teacher shall mandatory to undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE within two years of such appointment as Primary Teacher. Age limit for PRT in KVS is 30 year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) who teaches from class 6th to class 10th level. They must have graduate in their stream with 50% Marks , B.Ed. degree and CTET\/ UPTET pass certificate of level II. Age limit for TGT in KVS is 35 Year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last one is Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) who is eligible to teach for class 11th & 12th . This requires post graduate degree in relevant subject, B.Ed. Degree and CTET\/UPTET pass certificate. Age limit for PGT in KVS is 40 Year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
