Career Options after 12th

Intermediate examination is one of the peak points in every student’s life. As he/she has to decide which stream/course to be choose? Sometimes he/she discussed a lot about it or chooses a most common course without knowing his/her
ability and skills. In more contrast to, it is totally misleading when a student tries to grab not a sufficient knowledge but a lot amount of Career Options after 12th. Today we are discussing career options for commerce students in brief so that they can get sufficient
knowledge which leads them to a proper conclusion.

Firstly, Commerce is a field which is totally related with Accounts, Statistics, Management, Finance, Economics etc. If we characterized number of students who want to learn; all these courses, or in one or more courses individually, then there are some course which can be useful for their area of interest:

1) Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) : It is a 3 year degree course that provides overall knowledge of the subjects like Accountancy, Statistics, Management, Human Resource, Computer, Economics, etc. This course not only explores
a lot of options but allow a student to think in diverse fields.

2) BA-LLB: It is a five year course, which gives a deep knowledge about Economics, History, Political Science, Sociology along with law subjects like Civil Law, Criminal Law, Labour Law, Tax Law, Administrative Law, Corporate Law, Patent Law etc. Therefore students who want to build their career in the particular legal field can opt it as well.

3) Cost and Management Accounting (CMA): This degree is offered by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. This professional course has a number of levels, which are highly difficult and need a lot of hard work. A student must have to clear first level to sit in the second level examination. Students are required to get knowledge about Cost and Management Accounting, Fundamentals of commercial and industrial laws etc.

4) Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA): BBA is the most common choice made by the students as they want to go in the field of Business Administration. It is basically a 3 year education program in which students learn a basic knowledge of Business Administration.

5) Certified Financial Planner (CFP): This professional course is offered by “The Financial Planning Standard Board India (FPSB) administers. This course gives a deep knowledge about financial planning and taxes, retirement, insurance, and estate planning. 

6) Bachelor of Economics (BE): This is one of the most beneficial course for the students. This particular course provides knowledge about various economical and financial concepts. This particular field let a student think about microeconomics, macroeconomics, political economy etc.

7) Journalism and Mass Communication: This is a course in which students who are interested in the field of media can seek their career under this course. This is a 3 year course in which students get the knowledge of polity, public relations, corporate communication, event management etc.

Basically there are many options regarding the field of commerce but aforesaid fields are one of the highly desired fields for the students which not only enhance their career but provide them the knowledge of diverse fields.
