Constitutional Law, the constitutional lawis the foundation of all law in a specific jurisdiction. It establishes governmental authority and power, as well as limitations and grants of rights. The Constitution of India established the Socialistic, secular, Secular, Democratic and Republic India.
Law of Crimes- This Law gives the basic Knowledge of penal laws in India. Its Provides the punishment for any offence committed throughout the territory of India.
Family Law- The family law contains both the Hindu law and Muslim Law. It contains the basic principles of marriage, divorce, guardianship, adoption, maintenance, and gifts etc.

Law of Contract- This law deals with the principles of law of contract such as partnership, sales of Goods, Bailment, Pledge, and Agency etc.
Procedural Law- It contains the procedure of law of courts of both civil as well as procedural. In CPC 1908 and CRPC 1973, all the rules and principles of court proceeding is contained.
