Personality word comes from latin by Hippocrates which means “Persona” mask which was worn by an actor . It refers to an individual attitude, thinking , feeling and behaving which varies from an individual to individual . Personality can be divided into internal and external-personality. External includes appearance , grooming etc., Internal includes- thinking, behaviour, feeling etc.
Development means a process which leads to finest outcome so here personality development means a process where someone can learn how to groom , improve effectively in personality internally and eternally .
