Relation between B. Tech and Diploma courses

An engineer is someone who can plan, design, and perform work. The diploma holder is in the management category of the person working under the engineer to get the engineering plans done on the field. Previously Diploma was the last course. These days they will continue with higher education and progress in their work.

Polytechnic will help you to do technical work and get a job such as technical assistant, mechanic, service engineer, repair mechanic, technician, etc. while engineering degrees can help you to become a top private position or government enterprise. You can become a project engineer too.

The basic difference is the two-year period one spends in grades 11 and 12 and that makes the difference between these two activities. If a person has no interest in academics and does not want to pursue higher education then the best course is, in that case, to go to a polytechnic course that can be very helpful in getting a professional job even though you are at a lower level than engineering degrees. Polytechnic is a diploma and B Tech is a graduate course.
