After You have spent four years of your BTech degree training to be an engineer. It is only logical then to pick up a job in field of your specialization upon completion of your degree. Engineers specialize in different technical fields such as electrical, mechanical, civil , computer and IT.

- Written exam conducted by company and in that exam they will ask simple apptitude,reasoning,english and technical knowledge of your field.
- So those students qualify that written are selected for GROUP DISCUSSION.
- After GD it’s time for technical interview.
- Again those who qualify will go for final HR round.
- After some time they inform you that you are selected(If you perform well in all rounds)

1- If you are willing to pursue higher education in the same engineering field go for GRE for MS in foreign universities and GATE exam for M-tech in various colleges in India and then you will for Phd .
2- GATE score is also valid to take jobs in PSUs.
3-Like as the trend go for the CAT and got into best MBA colleges , IIM and so .
4-If not so go for IES or other civil service exams , you can also apply for jobs in railways junior
engineer exam .
