Sustainable Development Goals

The IIMT College of Law is committed to supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by promoting justice, equality, ethical governance, and inclusive development through legal education. By integrating sustainability principles into academics, research, and community outreach, the institution prepares socially responsible legal professionals.

The College actively contributes to SDG 4 (Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all), SDG 5 (to achieve gender equality and empower to all women and girls, aiming to end discrimination, violence, harmful practices (like child marriage)), SDG 8 (promoting inclusive, sustainable economic growth, full employment, and decent work for everyone), SDG 10 (Reduce inequality within and among countries), SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals aims to strengthen global cooperation for sustainable development,) through legal literacy programmes, legal aid clinics, skill-based training, and institutional collaborations—advancing justice and sustainable development for society.
