The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, established in 2005 with an intake of 60 seats, offers B.Tech courses. The department regularly conducts industrial visits, workshops, seminars, and guest lectures. All this together makes it a desirable and sought-after proposition to take admission into. The department places a strong emphasis on a deep understanding of fundamental principles and knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, computer architecture and microprocessors, VLSI and Embedded Systems, Analog & Digital Communication, Digital Signal Processing, and microwave and mobile communication.

Launched in 2005 alongside the institute itself, the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering has consistently pursued excellence in its field. The department enables students to explore and innovate in cutting-edge domains such as Antenna Design, Embedded Systems, and Wireless Communication through hands-on experience with advanced software. A key focus is on building exceptional technical abilities that prepare students to compete on a global scale. In line with national priorities, the department also actively promotes the Make in India and Startup India agendas by running incubation and entrepreneur development programs.
