IIMT College of Engineering is a self finance private institution affiliated to Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. As per "The Gazette of India" (Registered No. DL - (N) 04/0007/2003-05) published on June 21, 2005 Part ll - Section - 1), it is stated that secure access of any information is under the control of public authorities. However as per Section 2(h) of chapter II, our Institution is not a public authority.
