Hobbies, interests, aptitudes, and orientations, and also to bring them together in academic grooming, the IIMT College of Engineering is ready with its different student clubs. The NCC/NSS Club prepares them for a disciplined life, making them ready for social causes. The sports club teaches them the valuable adage, ‘All work and no play makes Jack a lazy boy.’ This club organizes various competitions and tournaments. The Science Club raises awareness and concern for scientific issues in personal, social, environmental, and technological contexts. The Environment Club is a group of students, faculty, and staff who work to raise awareness about environmental issues and promote eco-friendly practices. The Cultural Club promotes awareness and appreciation of the diversity in Indian society. They become culturally sensitive taking part in the events of this club. The different clubs amusingly strengthen them with multitasking, organization skills, team-building skills, leadership skills, and service-mindedness. Students association with various clubs gives them ample opportunity to showcase their domain interests and balance between work and hobbies. It also enhances their resume.
NCC/NSS Club
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is a voluntary Indian military cadet corps, headquartered in New Delhi, established in 1948 under the National Cadet Corps Act. It consists of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, aiming to groom youth into disciplined and patriotic citizens. The corps recruits cadets offering basic military training in small arms and parades. Officers and cadets have no active military service obligations but are given preference based on corps achievements.

The Environment Club at IIMT College of Engineering in Greater Noida is a group of students, faculty, and staff who work to raise awareness about environmental issues and promote eco-friendly practices. Some of the activities that an environment club may undertake include: organizing campaigns to raise awareness about environmental issues, hosting competitions such as quizzes, poster contests, and debates. Organizing annual eco-meetings and vacation programs for students. Visit environmentally important sites, such as wildlife parks, polluted areas, and degraded sites. Programs to raise awareness about personal hygiene habits, such as washing hands before meals, creating and maintaining biodiversity registers, teaching students how to segregate waste, planting trees, and constructing compost pits.
