IIMT College of Science & Technology, Greater Noida, came into existence after receiving recognition from NCTE for offering teacher education courses to a unit of 100 B.Ed. students during the academic session of 2006–07. The college also runs B.Sc. in Computer Science which came to existence in 2019. B.Sc. Computer Science is a popular specialized program at IIMT College of Science & Technology, offering a full-time, 3-year course. It covers computing fundamentals, database systems, and advanced language courses. The college is situated at Plot No. 20, Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida. It is recognized by NCTE and affiliated with C.C.S. University, Meerut. It is a self-financed college, managed by seven Rotarians, all devoted to the service of humanity and the downtrodden sections of society. The college was established with a view to molding and shaping prospective teachers to be competent to impart curricular experiences to the students of secondary schools and to produce quality teachers with great values so that they could contribute to the task of nation-building. The college is achieving this goal with the assistance of highly qualified teaching educators. CCS University, Meerut, academically governs it. The college has a rich library with the latest reading, research, and reference material. Besides enriching the knowledge of teachers and students, the college has a psychological laboratory, an education technology laboratory, a language laboratory, a physical science laboratory, Applied Physics laboratory, Electronics laboratory, an art and craft laboratory, a sports room, a music room, a seminar hall, a conference hall, a multipurpose hall, and opens space for different purposes. The transaction of curriculum is done through interactive classroom teaching, seminars, workshops, quizzes, and discussions in guest lectures. The college has been trying to keep up with changing scenarios to produce sincere and dedicated teachers and groom them into motivated, creative, responsible, and independent people.
