About Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Department
IIMT College of Science & Technology, Greater Noida came into existence after receiving recognition from NCTE for offering teacher education course to a unit of 100 B.Ed. students during the academic session, 2006-07. The college is situated at Plot no. 20, Knowledge park III, Greater Noida. It is recognized by NCTE and affiliated from C.C.S. University, Meerut. It is a self financed college, managed by seven Rotarians, all of whom are devoted to the service of humanity and downtrodden section of the society. The college is established with a view to mould and shapes the prospective teachers to be competent to transact the curricular experiences to the students of secondary schools and to produce quality teachers with great values so that they could contribute in the task of nation building. This objective is being achieved by the college with the help of highly qualified teaching faculties. It is academically governed by CCS University, Meerut. The college has a rich library with the latest reading, research and reference material. Besides enriching the knowledge of teachers and students, the college has a psychological laboratory, an education Technology laboratory, Language laboratory, Physical science laboratory, Mathematics laboratory, Chemistry & Biology laboratory, Art and Craft laboratory, Sports room, Music room, Seminar hall, Conference hall, Multipurpose hall & open space for different purposes.

Yes you can, any student who has a valid UGC approved degree (i.e. BA, B.Com, BCA, BBA, BALLB etc) is eligible for the admission in B.Ed course in Uttar Pradesh. The candidate required at least 50% aggregate marks in that degree

B.Ed is a bilingual course. It is taught in both Hindi and English medium.
