Fitness and Wellness
IIMT Group of Colleges tries to make students understand the importance of fitness and wellness. Apart from best education, Students also get a chance to explore the dimensions of wellness as well. They come to know that health is not simply defined by absence of disease. They are guided to include multiple aspects of physical, emotional and mental conditions and creating balance among them with focus on how to avoid illness or injury. Regular Yoga Sessions are organized by some teachers and experts too. In order to ease the academic stress, meditation practices are also taught under the competent trainers. Students thus come to know proper lifestyle choices and habits which keep them fit and parents free from worries about their ward. Are also guided to avoid harmful habits, such as inactivity or tobacco use.
